- **Chemist Warehouse Westfield Manukau** is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a **Full-Time (30 to 40 hours a week)** Dispensary Technician This position is for a **NZ qualified technician with a level 4 or 5 Pharmacy Technician** qualification with a **minimum of one year experience** in a retail dispensary.
- **Job Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries- Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications- Counselling customers about medications- Dispensary stock management and replenishment- Updating customer files and other administrative tasks- Dispensary inventory management and order processing- Offering exceptional customer service, ensuring everyone receives the attention and information they deserve.
- **Skills**:

- Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player- Excellent verbal & written communication skills- Exceptional customer service skills- Experience working in the dispensary- Strong eye for detail and accuracy- Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills
- **Certifications**:

- Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Repeat the same movements- Stand for long periods of time- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
