**Some More Information About The role**
This is a key role on the development side of the business, managing the financials for new developments and ongoing projects, key responsibilities include;
- Own and Develop Feasibility Models for new opportunities
- Assess existing properties for development potential
- Work with external consultants (QSs, Architects)
- Own financial reporting for major projects
- Board reporting on development opportunities and ongoing projects
- Oversee improvement of development finance function
- Undertake projects and provide support and analysis
This is a great role dealing where you will be dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
**So, Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?**
A background in Banking Property Finance, Valuations, Property, Audit, Big4 Corporate Finance or Investment banking environment, obviously if you are working in a similar role as a developer that'd be perfect
You'll have great modelling skills, be able to understand the key factors affecting developments and projects, combined with excellent communication skills, strategic planning and successful in leading high performing teams to deliver high quality output. A genuine interest in property is a massive bonus.
