**Nail Technician**:
Driven by the growing clientele, we are seeking 5 passionate and enthusiastic Nail Technicians who are attentive to and skillful in nail services to join our upbeat and small team.

This role is full-time (minimum 40 hours/ week), and overtime shifts are available based on business needs. Applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including late nights, weekends and holidays periods. Youll be working one-on-one with clients in private spaces, so its important that youre comfortable with small talks and can make them feel at ease. The job location is in Wellington New Zealand.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Skills in gel polish manicures and pedicures, nail extensions and basic nail arts
- Dipping powder and advanced nail arts design skills
- Good knowledge and use of chemicals for nail treatments
- Adopt a perfectionist attitude and perform each treatment to their highest standards
- Be flexible with client requests, be driven with creative thinking
- Follow nail safety protocols, including instrument and equipment sanitation
- Punctual, organised, reliable and able to work with others in and outside of our team

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Carrying out nail and beauty care related services
- Analysing nail characteristics and advising on suitable body treatments to clients using good knowledge of specialised treatments and products
- Discussing client needs and performing manicures (buff, shape, and polish clients nails) and spa pedicure (treat clients feet and toenails)
- Decorating and designing on clients nails (nail art)
- Booking client appointments
- Communicating to reach clients needs, ensure clients satisfactions
- End of day records and stocktakes
- Referring clients to health professionals regarding nails diseases and problems
- Building relationships and bringing new clients
- Massaging clients hands and feet
- Providing advice on beauty care and relevant treatments and product selling
