As a Caregiver at Bupa, you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will be encouraged to develop deeper relationships with residents and their families, delivering the highest quality person-first care to residents in line with their individual care plan. We are looking for a **Level 4 med-comp Caregiver**, **permanent part-time**Night Shift**caregiver required to work 48 hours over 2 week period.**

**Shift / Timings**:

- Week 1**:Night shift** 23:00 - 7:00 (Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday - 24 hours)
- Week 2**:Night shift** 23:00 - 7:00 (Monday; Tuesday; Friday Sunday - 32 hours)

**Where You Will Make an Impact**
- Provide personal care assistance with daily living, whilst treating residents with respect and dignity.
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans.
- Maintain accurate health care documentation as required.
- Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities.
- Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team.

**What About You**
- An NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate **Level 4 is preferred with Medical Competency**.
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year of experience within aged care.
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, dedication to care, and passion for enriching the lives of the elderly.
- Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
