Do you love creating quality food and working in a collaborative kitchen environment? At Agrodome, we’re looking for a passionate Cook (Kaitunu Tuarua) to help deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect our values and commitment to manaakitanga (hospitality).

** About the Role**:
As a Cook, you’ll complete food preparation tasks and produce menu items to the highest standard, following the guidance of the Senior Chef/Kaitunu Matua. This role is all about consistency, quality, and teamwork to ensure our manuhiri (visitors) enjoy an unforgettable experience.

** What You'll Do**:

- Perform food preparation tasks in the kitchen
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines for quality and cost control
- Receive deliveries and store stock correctly
- Maintain food safety and health & safety standards
- Communicate effectively and foster positive relationships with front-of-house staff
- Attend kitchen meetings and support the wider team
- Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Senior Chef or Chef de Partie

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a professional kitchen
- Food Safety certification and NZ Certificate in Cookery (Level 3 or higher) desirable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
- Positive, energetic attitude and commitment to evenings/weekends
- Openness to learning Ngāi Tahu values, tikanga, and te reo Māori
