Fortuna is our very own buffet style restaurant that is perfect for all occasions, especially for large groups that want to indulge in a wide range of delicious cuisines. This includes a salad bar, seafood counter, a selection of meats including glazed champagne ham and rotisserie chicken and a range of tasty desserts. There's something delicious on the menu for everyone

**A bit about the role**

As Waiter at Fortuna, you'll be on your feet moving around the restaurant, clearing plates as diners go up to try their next dish and helping customers along the way. It can get busy; Fortuna is a huge restaurant and can seat up to 300 people and your role will be to make sure that they get a great dining experience.

**A bit about you**

You'll be someone who's friendly and have an eye for detail to keep everything looking at its best. You'll also have previous customer service experience and be flexible to work a variety of shifts.
