THE ROLE

Based at our **Onehunga Outlet **store and reporting to one of our **Regional/Area/Cluster Managers** you will be responsible for:

- The overall operations and management of the store on a day-today basis
- Providing strong leadership and training for your team
- Maintaining and driving sales, keeping the team motivated
- Managing part of the recruitment journey with the support of a Recruitment Coordinator
- Onboarding new team members, setting them up for success
- Ensuring a great customer journey is prioritised and delivered through all team
- Maintaining a positive culture in store

ABOUT YOU
- Retail leadership experience with proven results and of course, a passion for sales
- A great attitude; positivity, confidence, a growth mindset and flexibility
- Ability to motivate your team to achieve exceptional results
- A love of connecting and engaging with people - both your team and customers
- Focus on training & growing a high-performing team
- Excellent technical and operational know-how
- Passion for our brand, alignment to our values and culture
- Must be available to work 40** **hours per week on a Tuesday - Saturday roster
