**The**
An internationally renowned structural consultancy, with a lot of unique qualities. They have opened New Zealand offices over the past few years which has tasted immediate success. The New Zealand business is it's own stand alone entity, however has supply agreements with Australian offices giving financial certainty, and workflow insurances giving you absolute coincidence and security about their future. As a result, you will get the opportunity to work on international projects, while in the future if it interests you there will be the opportunity to relocate internationally to the likes of Singapore, London or Australia.

**The**
You will work closely with the 3 CPEng Engineers currently in the business, taking ownership of your own projects and clients (when you are capable of doing so) delivering a range of commercial and apartment buildings. You will also follow a personalized professional development plan, receiving hands on mentoring and coaching within a flexible environment that isn't rigid like a lot of their competitors.

**To be su**
You will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification, alongside at least 2 years structural design experience in New Zealand. Just as importantly you will have a willingness to learn, and strong communication skills. Ideally you will have around 4-8 years experience.

**The**
A genuinely flexible environment, autonomy over your own projects with excellent coaching and training. The already mentioned exposure to international projects, or perhaps relocating somewhere like the Sunshine Coast in Australia in the future. Salary will also be market leading.
