Handyperson

**About the role**Our close-knit team are looking for a Handy Person to join them on a Permanent basis and provide a high quality service to our residents. This is a pivotal role and requires good assessment skills and understanding of building services or relevant Trade experience such as Plumbing, Engineering, Building or Carpentry. You will supply general maintenance/handyperson services, such as painting and carpentry, to our residents; assist with general upkeep of the grounds; and take care of the maintenance of our comprehensive range of village facilities.

On offer is a Permanent opportunity working 40 hours per week - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts is essential.

**About You**:

- Confidence using hand tools, power tools and operating maintenance machinery
- Previous experience with Painting or Carpentry would be advantageous
- Can do and will do positive attitude willingness to help out in various maintenance areas
- Driven to deliver a great experience for all residents and take pride in the quality of your work
