We pride ourselves on our great customer service, being a trusted brand that offers great value to our customers, going the extra mile and being a fantastic place to work.** **About the Role**: We are currently looking for full time Team Member to join our Night Team as a Loading Supervisor. The Loading Supervisor will be responsible for getting all of our trucks loaded in a systematical way, ready for dispatch at 6.00am. You will be working with a team of loaders ensuring loading is proficient, well managed and completed with care and attention to detail. The role is Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 6:30am. **We’re Looking for People with**: - A positive team attitude with an "in it together" approach. - Good physical fitness as there will be some heavy lifting involved. - Excellent communication skills, both written and with a good command of English. - Experience working collaboratively with others in a group or team. - High personal presentation standards. - Excellent attention to detail that are accurate in all areas of work. - A high degree of self-motivation that are reliable and consistent. - A strong Health & Safety mindset. - The ability to follow instructions and store procedures, as well as receiving constructive performance feedback. - Class 2 driving License would be an advantage. **What’s in it for You?** If you are looking for an opportunity to join an energetic shift and fun Team and advancing your skills to be considered for future internal promotions, then look no further.
