Trolley Assistants

**We are looking for a trolley assistant to join our team**

You'll be in charge to ensure the availability of trolleys for customers at all times and to safely control the flow of trolleys and baskets in and around the store and carpark.

As a trolley assistant some of your tasks will be:

- Collecting trolleys and ensuring the trolley bays are stocked at all times
- Ensuring trolleys are clean and free from rubbish
- Helping customers to their vehicles with their groceries if required
- Ensuring the immediate surrounds of the store including the car park are kept clean and tidy and free of rubbish
- Dealing with customers appropriately at all times
- Ensuring the appropriate people are advised of trolleys needing repair or replacement and ensure such trolleys are put somewhere to avoid customer use
- Other tasks across the store as required

You'll be physically fit as you'll be required to move the trolleys around and you'll love to provide a good customer service experience to our shoppers.

These are **permanent part time vacancies.**
