We are an Established Furniture Retailer with 7 Stores nationwide. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Sales Assistant for a new store opening at Mt Wellington, Auckland who can oversee the smooth running of our business. You should be excellent at customer service, and sales and initiative-taking to keep up with the business.

Lifestyle Furniture has set the standard in furniture that suits all needs and requirements for 9+ years and we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Full-Time Sales Assistant to join the team at our Porirua store.

We are exceptionally passionate about retail service and hold high expectations of all our staff while providing a fun and friendly working environment. Those who share our retail passion and perform well will be rewarded.

You will be working alongside our store manager and team to provide the highest quality service to our broad client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Selling furniture to satisfy customers' home furnishing needs

Follow up on customer inquiries, solve problems, and maintain strong customer relationships

Assist with maintaining accurate inventory within the store.

Take responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store.

Approach every customer and deliver a true retail customer experience.

Weekend work is required.

Storeroom duties: helping load our local deliveries and customer orders pickups from store

Will have proven experience in a similar role within the retail, sales, and/or trade sector.

Sales driven with a desire to exceed targets and be rewarded for high performance.

A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and a team player

Will have a passion for customer service coupled with a ‘can do attitude
