Mō te tūranga | About the role
Our Cartels team is responsible for investigating possible cartel conduct under the Commerce Act, both as a civil and criminal offence. We work closely with businesses and consumers around what cartel conduct is and how to avoid it.
We are looking for a talented Senior Investigator to join our high-performing Cartels team. This is a full time, permanent position based in either of our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) or Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington) offices.
