**Ngā Pūkenga Me Ngā Wheako - Skills and Experience**
- Relevant experience in an early childhood setting, including a passion for supporting the learning and development of tamariki
- Sound knowledge of child development
- Respectful relationships with children and whānau from diverse backgrounds and to work as part of a close, collaborative team
- Warmth, energy and enthusiasm to maintain an ongoing commitment to young children
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to support our learning community's commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Ideally a registered Early Childhood Kaiako with a Diploma of Teaching (ECE) or Bachelor of Teaching and Learning (Early Childhood)
- Current First Aid Certificate preferred
