**PURPOSE**

As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for running the accounting and financial activities of MCC Auckland. You will analyze the economic stability of the company and be responsible for partnering with various business units and departments to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Your expertise in financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and strategic guidance will be instrumental in achieving MCC Auckland's financial goals.

**About you**

Required strengths include:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or labelling industry is a plus.
- Eligible to work in New Zealand.
