**About the role**

Join Genesis Energy as a vital part of our team, ensuring the safe and efficient planning and delivery of our LPG orders. You will collaborate with depots, manage resource availability, prioritize urgent orders, and maintain data integrity. Your contribution will help create a sustainable future for our customers and Aotearoa. This is a permanent, full-time role based out of our Hamilton central office.
- Plan all activities with safety as the top priority and comply with Genesis Energy H&S policies.
- Ensure planning meets legislative road transport requirements and safe working limitations.
- Review and optimize delivery routes, manage resources, and escalate issues promptly.
- Support drivers with delivery and technology queries, escalating issues as needed.
- Proactively manage seasonal planning, ensuring service issues are addressed swiftly.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, enhancing the overall customer experience.

**About you**

We are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:

- Experience in a dispatch or similar logistics role
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Practical experience with various logistics planning and optimization tools in an operational environment
- High level of interpersonal skills to interact with diverse and complex teams
