**About the role**|**Mō te tūranga**:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about risk and compliance? Do you enjoy working with data, frameworks, and controls to help strengthen operational resilience? Do you have an interest in Financial Economic Crime? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

You will support the identification, assessment, and management of operational risks across the business. You’ll contribute to the development and maintenance of risk frameworks, monitor compliance, and provide insights that help improve and control effectiveness.

As a Senior Analyst, FEC Risk Management & Reporting, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring Rabobank’s compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and Sanctions obligations across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform control testing across critical business processes to assess design and operating effectiveness.
- Support the identification, documentation, and root cause analysis of risk incidents.
- Work with business stakeholders to track and validate remediation actions.
- Assist in maintaining the GRC Tool.
- Champion a proactive risk culture.
- Work closely with regional teams to resolve risk and compliance challenges.
- Ensure practices meet evolving regulatory expectations across AU, NZ, and the Netherlands.
- Deliver timely, accurate reporting.

**What You’ll Bring**_ _
- 3-5 years’ experience in operational risk and compliance.
- Strong understanding of control design, testing methodologies, and incident management.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across business units.
- Tertiary qualifications in risk, finance, audit, or a related discipline.
