Stonework Labourer

Analysis of the plans and specifications to determinate dimensions and
- installation procedures.
- Experience in fabrication stone benchtops, copings pool, step treads, etc.
- Cutting, assisting with water jet cutting machine operations
- Polishing stones with hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of different
- polishing techniques and requested specifications.
- Assembling, check all angles are aligned, vertical and horizontal edges.
- High attention to details
- Knowledge for the glue mixtures, matching the colors
- Selection and use of the right tool for the right task, competence to use them
- correctly
- Maintain the work area clean and tidy
- Accurate reading of cad plans

**Job pre-requisites**
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Ability to work unsupervised and under deadlines and part of a team.
- Competence to use hand tools and power tools.
- Following H&S policies and procedures and promoting a safe work environment
- Professional reliable and with logical thinking
- Available to complete overtime when required
- Be physical fit
- Open full-time work permit in NZ.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
