Position Title: Hammer Hand
Salary Range: $29.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Minimum Guaranteed Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Location: Auckland

Natt Construction is a well-established construction company based in Auckland, specialising in residential and commercial building projects. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project execution.

We are currently seeking a skilled Hammer Hand to join our team and contribute to our growing construction projects across the region.
- At least one year of relevant experience in the construction industry or a Level 4 qualification.
- Familiarity with general construction tasks, including framing, formwork, and finishing work.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in construction.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist tradespeople, including carpenters and builders, in daily construction tasks.
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials as required for the job.
- Follow site safety procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Load and unload materials and prepare work areas.
- Support the team in completing projects within set timeframes.
