**Job Description**:
We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team Your primary focus will be on preventing theft and promoting a safe environment for both our team and customers. You will also take on the role of Duty Manager and take the lead in the absence of the manager, overseeing store operations and cashing up.

You will keep the team focused by ensuring they are continuously developed, actively promoting a safe environment, ensuring trading requirements are met, controlling shrinkage, and maintaining consistency.

As a problem solver, you'll be able to cope under pressure and calmly resolve any issues that may arise. You'll also have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers to answer their queries.

While prior experience in Loss Prevention is a plus, it's not a requirement. We're looking for someone who is motivated to learn and grow in this role.

**Hours of work are**:

- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 2pm - 9.15 pm
- Friday and Saturday 4pm - 9.15pm

**Qualifications**:
To be a Duty Manager/Loss Prevention Officer you will need;
- Drive and ambition
- The ability to interpret and execute plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- First Aid certificate, Building Warden training
- Minimum two years' service in retail and preferably some leadership experience
