Infinitas are proud to partner with Jasmax to find a high calibre, commercial, and people-centric Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who can drive results and strategically carry the company into its next phase.

We are searching for their next leader after the retirement of their incumbent CEO, who has been successfully leading the business for the last five years.

Jasmax is the market leader in the architectural and design sector in New Zealand and is growing its presence in Australia through a newly established office in Sydney.

We are ideally searching for a person with some experience and understanding of the design, construction, or professional services sector. Crucially, the successful person will need to be a strong relationship builder with high integrity and empathy as well as being able to truly build the trust of the employees and shareholders at Jasmax.

Sustainability and bicultural design are extremely important to the business, and it is essential that we find someone that can continue to drive the organisation forward with these two principles at the forefront of everything they do. We seek someone who has the ability and experience to effectively engage with central and local government as well as large scale businesses. We are looking for a CEO that can be a truly effective “face of the company.”

The new CEO will inherit a very capable leadership team, with strong commercial and operational capability. Jasmax has a long and proud history with a great brand reputation and this person will need to be able to further enhance it whilst growing the business, thus ensuring that Jasmax remains the market leader in its sector.

The successful person will fit with the caring culture of Jasmax and the values of the organisation which are excellence, guardianship, unity, respect, and bravery. With diversity and inclusion key to Jasmax, there is a 50 / 50 split across both the board and executive team.

The role will be based in Auckland, but there is an expectation of regular travel to the other offices across the country in Christchurch, Wellington, as well as Sydney.
