The **Category Assistant** - Ice Cream & Nutrition** is designed to be fully functional in the 4-Day work week.

**Job Summary**

The Customer Strategy Planning team is responsible for developing category growth for the Category. Through fully integrated, shopper, customer and channel insights, category growth platforms are built to be deployed across the different Customers and Channels.

We are looking for an exceptional **Category Assistant - Ice Cream & Nutrition** who will be a key part of this team and actively contributes to the overall Profit and Loss(P&L) delivery of the categories through ensuring all NPD and execution is executed across all channels.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Manage the execution pulse plan to ensure all NPD and activation plan can be effectively executed across all channels
- Own and manage all NPD into market on time and in full. Work closely with the CSP team to take NPD from assumptions to execution across the total 26-week pre and post launch period
- Create execution plan for all relevant launches/brand activations by customer that is aligned with the category/brand teams. Lead and develop all execution materials for each customer. A key focus of the role is the execution of all POS materials required for Out of Home (OOH) Ice Cream including NPD POS, the P&C activation calendar, general visibility and brand activations
- Be the lead and expert on customer marketing tools to effectively manage ROIs (POS, path to purchase)
- Own relationship with Brandspec for total Unilever to ensure service delivered as per KPIs and cost savings initiatives implemented
- Be the key link between CSP, Customer & Field delivering relevant tools to ensure innovation objectives are achieved
- Create and work within the set budget to deliver shopper activations across all channels throughout the year
- Other operational tasks designed to ensure excellence in execution for the ANZ Ice Cream Business Group

**Accountabilities**
- All NPD to be delivered on time and in full to customer and field teams
- Execution plans created for key brands/NPD launches aligned with the CSP and Customer teams - delivered on time and in full
- Execution plans to be delivered within assigned budgets
- Tracking of NPD/execution performance and learnings to be captured for all execution
- Constant drive for process improvement across key processes

**Desirable**
- 1 to 2 years of business experience, either in a Customer or Category role
- FMCG experience but not essential
