**Team Global Express has a specialised transport business unit with responsibility for the movement of animal feed. We are looking for an experienced leader to **take this team forward and delight our customers.**

**As the Bulk Feeds Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational requirements for this business unit ensuring customer and business needs are met in a timely manner.**

**Your responsibilities include ensuring the **customer, people **, financial, operational, administrative, commercial, and health & safety objectives for your business unit are met or exceed agreed levels.**

**You will work to effectively influence and coordinate with your **team members **to achieve quality service standards and safe work practices by implementing company policies and local business strategies.**

**What you’ll bring to this role**

**We are looking for a passionate, ambitious individual with the ability to build strong productive teams, is commercially savvy, and can work at a strategic level on logistic solutions. You’ll have strong financial literacy and be able to effectively manage the P & L.**

**You will have well-developed communication skills to ensure that you can communicate effectively, build rapport and effective relationships with our **people and **customers. **This will ensure trust, confidence, engagement, and retention.**

**You’ll be self-motivated with strong planning and time leadership skills, which give you the ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment.**

**Additionally, you are a strong **negotiator **and persuader who can enhance our customer sales growth journey.**
