The HPSNZ innovation programme has a world leading reputation within the Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth High Performance Sporting Systems. One of the innovation programme's points of difference internationally is our in-house engineering team.

Reporting to the Head of Innovation, the Lead Software Engineer is responsible for leading the Software team in the delivery of many and varied Innovation projects designed to positively impact the performance of NZ Athletes on the world stage.

This is an exciting time to be joining HPSNZ as we look to take the momentum from Paris into Milan and then the LA and Brisbane cycles supporting our athletes in delivering once again on the world stage.
