An exciting opportunity has arisen for a clinician who is culturally responsive and passionate about helping us to develop and embed a culture where consumer feedback is central to everything we do.
We want our consumers and whānau to tell us about what matters to them. That might be a suggestion, question, comment, compliment, or when something hasn’t gone as expected. We want to ensure the richness of what they tell us is used to improve equity and deliver better patient outcomes.
The Consumer and Whānau Feedback Clinical Lead is a key member of the Patient Safety and Quality Team.
Informal discussions are welcome, please contact Susan Barnes Patient Safety and Quality Manager on ph 027 4596418.
