Our Auckland MEP Services Team is currently seeking an experienced Technical Director to become an integral member of our Services, MEP team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- The ability to lead technical management of our projects.
- Strong leadership skills and delegating our Auckland engineers to deliver outstanding results.
- Technical review of projects and workload and delegating workloads.
- An Eye for detail and review projects and deliverables.
- Work to deadlines and programs.
- Communication with our clients and lead the deliverables to meet our clients’ expectations.
- Report to the business group leader of the business.
- Communicate with team leaders and influence the works.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Technical Acumen in mechanical & electrical design.
- Lead our projects technical influence.
- Communication skills that influence.
- Strong mechanical and electrical background
- Working to programs and meeting the client’s expectations.
- Project focused person who enjoys the complexity of the works at hand.
- Play a crucial part in mentoring the team and building confidence.
