We’re on the lookout for an Aquatic Supervisor to join our friendly team at the Mount Hot Pools, one of the region’s most loved ocean-water destinations right in the heart of Mount Maunganui.

In this full-time, 38-hour-per-week role (rostered Monday to Sunday), you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer experience and venue presentation, while providing key administrative support to the Assistant Aquatic Manager. You’ll also oversee the daily operations of our Lifeguard team — keeping things safe, compliant and running smoothly, all while leading with positivity and teamwork.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A cool head under pressure and confidence in emergency situations
- A natural ability to connect with others and deliver an outstanding customer experienceExperience in aquatic facilities, lifeguarding, tourism, or customer service would be a real bonus — but if you’ve got the right attitude, we’ll give you the training you need. A Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate is essential, though we can help you gain this if you don’t already have one.
