**GROCERY SUPERVISOR - New World Papakura**

We are looking for a proven performer to join our Grocery Department. If you have the right attitude, energy and capability we will provide you with the opportunity to further develop your team management and leadership skills.
To be considered for this role you will need to have **at least 1 year of supermarket experience** (preferably a Foodstuffs store) and have some experience in a similar supervisory role. You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- An absolute commitment to great customer service
- Success in the roles you have previously undertaken
- Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
- Reliability and flexibility
- A fantastic work ethic
