**Centralised Claims Team in Palmerston North**.

Crombie Lockwood are leaders in the insurance industry and we pride ourselves on understanding our client’s needs and delivering exceptional advice and solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and systems savvy administrator who has the ability to think on their feet to help our clients get back on theirs.

**About the role**:
This role will encompass the lodgement, administration and triage of all inbound claims calls, and processing correspondence on behalf of our customers

**Responsibilities**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role
- The ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume and fast paced environment working to agreed timeframes
- Ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders and display empathy and emotional resilience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office in particular Word and Excel
- High attention to detail with accurate and timely data entry skills
- Previous experience processing claims in the insurance industry is preferred
