Machinery Operator required for Busy Horticulture Company
We are looking for a Machinery Operator for our busy horticulture business. This is a full-time permanent position and will consist of operating and maintaining orchard machinery.
To be considered for this position youll have some previous driving experience in the agriculture or horticulture industry, have experience in the operation and maintenance of machinery such as tractors or the willingness to learn this skill, have a current drivers license or the ability to obtain one. You should have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames.
You will be also expected to perform tasks such as operating and maintaining our orchard machinery including tractors, completing repair work and assisting in the procurement of new machinery, completing paperwork as required and ensuring the highest quality of work possible. You will be solely responsible for operating and maintaining orchard machinery.
