Kitchen Assistant

Summerset Richmond Ranges is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at our village.

**About the Role**:
At Summerset, we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this we have implemented a new food strategy, to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services. **This is a permanent, part time role working a minimum of 24 hour per fortnight - Sunday & Monday 13.30 to 20.00.**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documented
- Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchen
- Working with the chef to unload and put away stock
- Supporting the chef with food preparation

**Qualifications** About You**:
You will be outgoing, friendly and have a can-do attitude accompanied by great communication skills. To be successful you will bring:

- The ability to provide high quality and timely support for the Chef
