Located in the heart of the community, we pride ourselves on delivering great coffee, nourishing meals, and excellent customer service. We are expanding and looking for experienced Café Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen team.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are currently seeking **3 experienced Café Cooks** who are passionate about food and thrive in a busy café environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** in a similar hospitality role, **OR**
- A **Level 4 qualification** in a relevant field

**Key Responsibilities**:
Your tasks will include:

- Examining ingredients and foodstuffs to ensure quality
- Regulating cooking equipment (e.g. ovens, grills)
- Preparing and cooking a variety of food items
- Seasoning and flavouring food during the cooking process
- Plating food with appropriate garnishes and sauces
- Storing food in appropriate temperature-controlled conditions
- Preparing meals for customers with special dietary requirements
- Assisting with menu planning and food cost estimation (as needed)
- Training and supervising junior kitchen staff (as needed)
