An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for an **Assistant Store Manager** to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our **Ponsonby concept store**. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

**THE ROLE**:

- Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
- Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
- Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
- Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
- A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
