**Your Impact**
As a Regional Sales and Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the growth of the Vending Channel from the Waikato to Wellington.This role will help develop and action key strategies which are laid out in our business plan, and you will lead a team that keeps us operationally efficient and productive in the field. There is so much to learn and so much to contribute including
- Driving revenue and efficiency across sales and operations teams.
- Use of several systems including Tableau, SaM and VendWare.
- Manage a team of two direct sales reports and the direct management of five contractor service agents.
- Drive techniques to gain new business for both cold drink and coffee including contract management.
- Effective stakeholder management.
**About You**
Your evident capability to grow Vending in the region and increase profitability via the channel’s strategic business plan, will put you in good stead to succeed in this role.
- Relevant experience in an FMCG environment
- 3 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Business Maths proficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with auditing protocols
- Cash management experience
- Advanced level MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Commercial and Strategic Acumen
