**About the role**

Working collaboratively with the Canterbury Operations Team to deliver fit for purpose, timely and accurate tender responses and quotations that supports Connetics’ business strategy and contractual obligations. Visiting sites and collaborate with all stakeholders to determine the best value and safest methodology to fulfil customer expectations. This may include capturing site visits, photos and live versus de-energised assessments.

**About you**

We're looking for someone with experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating, Electrical Engineering, or in a field-based electrical role. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you prioritize delivering excellent customer service. While experience with the Canterbury Electrical Distribution Network is advantageous, it's not essential. We value a desire to learn, as you'll be expanding your skills through training with our Estimating team to accurately price projects/jobs.

**Skills /Experience**
- Previous experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimating, Electrical Engineering, or a field-based/electrical operations role.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Experience in planning and scheduling resources is beneficial.
- Knowledge of the Orion and Canterbury electrical networks is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Possession of a current and valid driver’s license
