**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with patient care activities and daily routines
- Administer medications under supervision and follow treatment plans

**Requirements**:

- Diploma of Nursing and current enrollment with AHPRA
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
