This role is perfect for a graduate accountant who has 2 + years experience and has already been completing Assistant Accountant level duties but may be stuck at a standstill, and not getting the opportunity to pursue CA or CPA. In this full time permanent role you will definitely get the chance to do this and your day to day responsibilities will be:

- Assist with cashflow
- Assist with budget and forecast
- Assist with internal control
- Co-ordinate automation of accounts payable processing and payment
- Accounts Payable - Local and Overseas Creditors
- Provide support to Accounts Receivable Person.
- A back-up on all Accounts matters, Shipping and Administration
- Accounts matters resolved by Friday each week and the last trading day of the month.
- Reconcile Credit Cards and follow up with Cardholders
- Update rebate worksheets for managers
- Provide information to Overseas Suppliers for recoveries
- Update various Sales Reports
- Computer back-up matters. Report IT issues & follow up
- General Account Reconciliation
- Letter of Credit and Trade Finance
- Assist with external audit
- Preparation of adhoc reports e.g. projects, costings
- Month-end reporting matters and analysis
- Assist Financial Controller with reports and projects
- Other duties as directed

In addition this is an exciting time to join this team as they implement Dynamics (ERP).
