**The company**:
A market-leading, specialist Multidisciplinary Consultancy, renowned for its Structural Engineering delivery across large commercial projects in growth mode. Due to demand for their services and confidence in what the future holds for them, they are now looking for a Team Lead or Associate Structural Engineer, who has the ambition to oversee a quality team of 10. As a business, they have built an enviable national reputation for the pragmatic nature of their delivery, as well as through providing expertise in certain specialist areas.

**The projects**:
Project-wise, their portfolio is vast and varied. They have delivered projects across education, residential, healthcare, aged care, commercial and hotel/tourism sectors. Their forward workload comprises a blend of public sector projects. Alongside well-financed private sector projects, giving them a lot of confidence moving forward.

**The role**:

- This role is a Senior Leadership position within their business, working with the Structures Manager
- You will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of projects across large scale residential, high end architectural and a majority being in the commercial space
- Mentoring and managing younger Engineers - Grads-Intermediates
- The business puts a large emphasis on culture and having fun at work, and won't compromise on remuneration

**What do you need'**
You will need to have a proven history of delivering the type of projects that this business delivers within New Zealand. You will ideally have your CPEng, or if not be very close to gaining - ideally on signing off PS1s (minimum medium risk, high risk preferred). NZ Residency is a must.
