- _ This is a casual/reliever role to provide staff cover._

**About the Role**:

- Supervise and assist children in programme activities.
- Ensure that the working environment is kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe for all children, staff, parents and visitors to the programme at all times.
- Assist the Programme Manager as required to run the daily format as scheduled as per duties outlined on the task list.
- Report back to the Programme Manager with any concerns regarding a child or behaviour issues etc.

**Hours of work**
As a Casual Programme Assistant, you will be schedule to work on a need on need basis. Only on Monday - Friday between the before & afterschool schedule. Majority of your shift if you have been rostered to work is during the after school shift. Potential Holiday programmes hours are available during school holidays.
- After school schedule: From/ Between 2.30pm - 6pm
- Before school schedule: 7am - 8.30am (only if required)
- Holiday Programmes may be available over the school holiday period.

**Location**:
As a Casual/Reliever employee with sKids, you will be rostered across various sites within the Central - South region. This flexibility will provide you with the opportunity to work more hours. Your **Primary site will be located in Ohope Beach School**

Now we’re New Zealand’s favourite kid’s hangout, welcoming over 3800 tamariki each day at over 170 school sites. **We’re looking for someone who has,**
- Hold a valid visa to work in New Zealand without restrictions
- **Reliable transportation or have a vehicle that allows you to work around the sites above**.
- Have keen interest to work in similar industries
- have previous experience working with children, it can be from babysitting or any volunteered experience.
