**About the role**

You'll be a key part of servicing your local community, alongside the team, to:

- ** Provide timely customer service **by identifying the right products quickly and efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.
- ** Maintain a seamless store experience **by unloading product deliveries on-site and monitoring yard stock and product display levels.

**About you**

You'll succeed in this role because you have the following skills, experience and values:

- ** An F-endorsed forklift licence - **Solid forklift skills for loading and unloading products in both the yard and bulk store areas
- **A team player with the right attitude. **You bring an approachable and helpful attitude, and a willingness to lend a hand and 'muck in' when needed.
- ** A real people person. **You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport with customers.
- ** Basic tech skills. **Knowledge of computer systems and basic operating skills
- ** Physically fit, **for the occasional heavy lifting and generally being on the go
