- Ward rounds and ward work-
- Outpatient clinics-
- Pre-theatre assessments and operation lists-
- On-call duties-

- We engage the registrars and Senior House Officers to learn in a collegial and supportive environment-
- Ensure an annual clinical audit plan is implemented to provide evidence of improvement and good patient outcome-
- Review and monitor progress through the use of key quality indicators/ performance indicators and take action to improve as needed-
- Receive patient feedback - national inpatient survey, complaints, feedback cards, compliments and act on areas where improvement required-
- Support the strategic quality objectives within their area of responsibility**Mōu | About you**
- Skills and experience you’ll need to be considered for the role:
- Vocational registration in a Obstetrics and Gynaecology speciality-
- Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand with scope of practice-
- A practising certificate with the Medical Council of New Zealand-
- Professional indemnity insurance-
- Satisfactory check as per the Children’s Act-
- Experience in building and sustaining collaborative working relationships in a high-pressure environment to enable and deliver effective change management.-
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to negotiate, resolve conflict and positively influence and motivate others**Mō tātou Ratonga | About our Service**
