We’re looking for a Head Barista to lead our coffee team, maintain quality standards, and help us grow

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily barista operations and support a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks.
- Train and mentor new and existing baristas in coffee skills and customer service.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and speed of service.
- Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers).
- Manage stock levels for coffee, milk, syrups, and café supplies.
- Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Work closely with management on new menu items and seasonal offerings.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience (leadership or supervisory experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and latte art.
- A natural leader with excellent communication and team-building skills.
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Reliable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
