Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all store policies, schedules, and operational procedures are followed.
Manage staff rosters and time-off requests, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash and card payments and managing daily reconciliations.
Ensure safety and security standards are maintained, addressing any emergencies or concerns promptly.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to support team development.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 years of work experience in retail or a management role OR a Diploma (Level 5 and above) or Degree-level qualification.
