Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all aspects of store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service.

Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and well-presented for customers.

Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring efficient stock management.

Ensure all store policies, schedules, and operational procedures are followed.

Manage staff rosters and time-off requests, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash and card payments and managing daily reconciliations.

Ensure safety and security standards are maintained, addressing any emergencies or concerns promptly.

Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to support team development.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 years of work experience in retail or a management role OR a Diploma (Level 5 and above) or Degree-level qualification.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage and motivate a team to meet objectives and deliver results.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining store standards.

Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
