Emerge Aotearoa is a social services organisation providing a range of services to whānau, including Health and Disability, Youth and Emergency Housing. Our kaimahi all have a common goal - helping people realise their potential with the aim of supporting people to live their best life as independently as possible.

**About the role**

In this role you will join clients on their wellbeing journey, providing a safe environment and supporting them with their goals and daily tasks with the focus of empowering and supporting our clients to be independent, to maintain their wellness and achieve their goals as we walk alongside them and assist in any way possible.

We are looking for someone who is positive, flexible, and compassionate to work in our service. You'll be a natural problem solver and enjoy connecting with the community in line with our client's reintegration plan.

This is for one permanent full time, 40 hours per week between Monday to Sunday and is based in West Auckland.

**What you need**:

- Experience in Mental Health Support is desirable but not essential
- Full New Zealand driver's licence
- Strong computer skills
- A 'can-do' attitude
- The ability to demonstrate strong personal and professional boundaries
- A caring and supportive attitude
