Didas Wine Lounge on Jervois Road, Ponsonby has been home to the locals for last 16 years.

Seating approximately 50 guests when full and serving small plate tapas style food, this venue is a chefs dream. We are currently looking for a Full Time Sous Chef (or close to full time, 30 to 40 hours)

- Dinner service only 3pm to 10pm
- 5-day week operation. Closed Mondays and Sundays

Ideally, you will have:

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organisational, time management and problem-solving ability
- Honesty and integrity
- Approx 2+ years kitchen experience
