**Job description**

Yu Juan XuTrade as Hai Phong Vietnamese Restaurantbased inAuckland,is looking for 3Full-time Fast Food Cooks.This is a full-time permanent position. We require aproactive and adaptablewith a broadskill setwho loves to work in a busy kitchen.

**Key Information**:
Full-time permanent position.

Hourly rate range from $27.76 to $28 based on the experience.

30 60hrs per week on the roster.

Must be able to work on some weekends, Christmas and holiday seasons (Some Public Holidays may be closed).

**Responsibilities**:
Taking and serving food and beverage orders and receiving payment from customers.

Preparing food such as deep-fried snacks or fries.

Washing, cutting, measuring and mixing foods for cooking.

Operating cooking equipment such as grills, microwaves, and deep-fat fryers.

Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils.

Ordering and taking delivery of fast-food ingredients.

May arrange delivery of prepared food and beverages.

**Basic Requirements**:
Must have at least ONE YEAR work experience of cook in a busy kitchen.

Be able to enjoy and thrive working very busy environment and get sense of satisfaction out of cooking.

Long-term commitment required.

Like to work independently with confidence.

Time management and punctuality.

Keep calm under pressure.
