The hours and days for this **Online Manager **position are **Sunday 0500-1430, Monday 0500-1430, Tuesday 0700-1630, Wednesday 0700-1630 and Thursday 0700-1630
We have been providing our customers with online shopping for over 25 years Join the team and be part of continuous growth. In your role as an Online Manager you can expect to be:
*** **Training and developing your energetic and fast paced team**

*** **Ensuring all compliance requirements within your team and department are met and recorded correctly**

*** **Setting weekly goals for the Online team and achieving productivity targets**

*** **Completing a roster to cover all online shopping orders to ensure A Class service for our online customers

*** **Have strong leadership skills to train and develop your team**

*** **Strong communication skills and the ability to engage in various stakeholders in and out of the store**
