**Role Purpose**

Pari International Limited is looking for two full-time drivers, to operate the AA Battery Services and vehicle recovery & towing, ideally, you have a passion for driving and delivering excellent customer and battery services to AA customers to support NZAA.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational**
- Testing and evaluating AA batteries for performance, voltage, and capacity using appropriate tools
- Replacing depleted or faulty AA batteries with new ones to ensure the proper functioning of devices or equipment that rely on AA batteries
- Maintaining an inventory of AA batteries, tracking stock levels, and ensuring an adequate supply of batteries is available for immediate use
- Offer the most appropriate solution that will maximise customer satisfaction to give them the best customer experience
- Follow instructions for jobs as directed by the AA Contact Centre and Dispatch Team
- Use new technology, processes and systems that are introduced and in a positive proactive attitude
- Continually expand knowledge of the Association, its products, services and objectives by reading all relevant communication, product material, and by attending team meetings and training sessions as required
- Ensure Road User Charges (RUC), Registration, and COF of the vehicle are up to date.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues to ensure objectives and customer satisfaction targets are met
- Operate the Rapid Recovery Vehicle to tow member vehicles that are unable to be mobilised at roadside
- Complete pre and post vehicle inspection of vehicles under tow to ensure no damage has occurred
- Secure vehicles on the recovery vehicle in a safe manner by using the correct deployment of the trailer assembly, following best practices and H&S requirements

**Customer Service**
- Provide excellent service to customers in accordance with service standards, KPI goals and targets set by the AA
- Achieve the KPI goals and targets for service quality and service standards required for the role
- Provide feedback to the director or manager on any customer service issues encountered, as requested
- Process customer payments promptly to ensure service access is maintained and complete all paperwork within set time scales as requested
- Demonstrate expertise through communicating up to date and accurate information to customers

**Health & Safety**
- Perform safe work practices at all times to minimise health & safety risks to yourself, your team and others
- Follow the H&S procedures for hazard, incident and injury reporting
- Wear the uniform as provided and H&S/PPE equipment and maintain high standards of hygiene and personal presentation
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly serviceability checks of the vehicle and trailer assembly and report any faults
- Carry out risk assessment at the scene for the safe loading of vehicles on the towing trailer

**Functional & Technical Competencies**

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:

- Experienced and competent driver
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use mobile devices
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 30 kg
- Understanding of customer service principles
- Minimum 1-year automotive industry experience desirable

**Education & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and experience:

- Full Drivers Licence Class1
- Class 2 and NZTA V License endorsement training can be provided
