Reporting to the Site Operations Manager you will be responsible for assisting operations, quality and engineering teams to improve and optimise processing efficiency. Your process engineering expertise will help navigate plant and process issues.
Key Accountabilities / Competencies:
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives
- Diagnose process related issues and implement solutions
- CI: Optimise plant performance, reliability, around product quality, yield & reliability targets
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Map out the plants carbon footprint
- Recovery, recycling initiatives around resources
- Ensure site documentation is maintained & accurate
- Project & programme development, reporting & management
- Effective Communication skills & project coordination & the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
This is an ideal role if you to have an Engineering/Process Engineering degree with 2-3 years minimum experience within a manufacturing or professional services company.
