**About the role**
This dual role will suit an administrator who enjoys interaction and going the extra mile, where you will be a key part of servicing your local community to:
- ** Provide timely branch administration support **by managing banking, debtors and account reconciliations, as well as providing excellent customer service support and ordering uniforms/stationery for various branch employee requirements.
- ** Maintain a seamless Carters experience **by maintaining strong relationships with both the internal team and our customers, maintaining secure documentation records and providing ad hoc support to the Branch Manager.
- ** Providing an accurate Health & Safety service to the branch. **Running inductions with new team members/contractors, managing the H&S training matrix, ensure training is refreshed and maintenance of the hazard/risk register.

- ** A team player with the right attitude. **You bring an approachable and helpful attitude, and a willingness to lend a hand and attention to detail; all cricual for this branch support role.
- ** A real people person. **You have a natural talent for building trust and rapport with our customers, as well as a one team culture, working together with your colleagues to achieve the same goal.
- ** Strong IT literacy & admin skills. **Knowledge of a variety of computer systems, able to pick up/understand new software and prior experience in a branch support administration role a must
- ** Health & Safety. **Some working knowledge of H&S practices in the workplace.
